Our Staff
Del Olivas, Executive Director, with an Masters in Social Work, and over 31 years experience in Social Services, including seven of those as Pueblo County Social Services Director, is responsible for the overall management, and day to day operation of the Agency.

Rae Hernandez, Consultant, with a Masters in Social Work, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, assists in recruiting, training, and licensing individuals and/or couples as family foster homes. Rae provides consultation to the Executive Director regarding child placement Agency operations.

Edward Montoya, Clinical Case Manager, with a BS in Social Welfare and experience working with adolescents and families, conducts home visits and inspections, assists in placement and monitoring of children and youth, and handles crises and problems that occur in foster homes.

Linda Hernandez, Office Manager, maintains file and records, tracks and ensures license renewals and billings, maintains accounting records, and prepares invoices.
