New Start Youth Services, LLC. 
is a child placement agency designed to provide foster care for children, 0-18 years of age.  New Start has been formed as a non-profit limited liability company.  Our focus is to provide services and treatment to children and youth who have been negatively influenced by substance abuse. We also target youth experiencing a dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental health issues.

Substance abuse treatment and mental health substance abuse treatment (co-occurring treatment) are available to youth.  These services are provided in conjunction with Crossroads’ Turning Points, Inc.  In addition to coping, life skills training, and self-esteem enhancement, co-occurring clients will receive treatment that addresses their medical, mental health, and psychiatric disorders.
